We are seeking a rare, hands-on leader who can operate at the intersection of high-scale systems and high-velocity commercial growth. As the VP of Product, you will lead the product and design vision for Immortals’ digital experiences, ensuring our technical foundation is modular and scalable while driving user acquisition and monetization.

A core mission for this role is creating a new, unified AI interaction experience that seamlessly ties together our commerce (supplements and meds), biomarker data, and our passionate community. This experience is designed to help deliver the best personalized solutions and recommendations to improve our users’ longevity and health. You aren't just a people manager; you are a "player-coach" who remains deeply hands-on in the product management process, leveraging AI assistance to drive 10x productivity and execution.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Growth, E-commerce & Community

Full-Solution E-commerce: Optimize the purchase and renewal experience for our total health solutions, including supplements, prescription medicines, and biomarker testing.
Community Ecosystem: Foster and build the digital infrastructure for our community of users who care for each other’s health as much as their own.
Revenue Alignment: Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize the "Product-Led Growth" (PLG) funnel and expansion.
Retention Economics: Use behavioral data and community loops to build "sticky" products that increase Lifetime Value (LTV).

2. The Unified AI Experience & Platform

Next-Gen AI Interaction: Lead the design and delivery of an AI-driven interface that synthesizes biomarker results, product recommendations, and community insights into a single, intuitive user experience.
System Scalability: Work with Engineering to ensure our data and AI layers support rapid third-party integrations and global scale.
Technical Debt Management: Make high-judgment calls on when to refactor for stability versus when to sprint for market impact.

3. Hands-on Execution & Leadership

Player-Coach Mentality: Run the product management process end-to-end—from discovery to shipping—while building and leading a high-performing team.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Champion the use of AI tools within the product organization to accelerate research, documentation, and design.
Strategic Conviction: Pivot quickly based on new information while having the data-backed conviction to protect the core product path.

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or senior leadership role.
Hands-on Expert: Demonstrated ability to remain "in the weeds" of product execution while managing an organization.
B2C Scale: Proven track record scaling products from 0 to 1 and managing millions of users.
AI Fluent: Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs, agents, coding assistants) in your personal and professional workflow.
Proven track record leading both product management and design teams simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Health E-commerce: Experience in B2C companies selling complex physical/digital health solutions (supplements, pharmaceuticals, or lab testing).
Community Building: Experience building or managing digital communities focused on shared goals or identity.
AI UX Innovator: Experience creating novel, non-traditional user interfaces driven by AI and data synthesis.
Experience in health tech, wellness, or personalization-driven digital products.
Passion for longevity, health optimization, or the Immortals mission.

Benefits

Salary Range: $220-265k + equity + benefits
