Product Designer

Since 2015, Cognism has helped thousands of sales teams to find, engage and close their dream prospects by providing them with a blend of real-time company, people and event data.

We’re looking to hire talented designers (Mid to Senior level) that can own big product initiatives and bring our practice to the next level. You’ll be involved in every step of the process to make sure we are designing delightful experiences that truly solve customer needs.

This is a fully remote role based from home with occasional travel to our offices in either London, Germany, Croatia or the US

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with product management and engineering to understand requirements, rapidly iterate on prototypes, and ultimately translate them into pixel-perfect designs
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and desirable customer experiences that impact our business goals
• Be a strong advocate for the user and design. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques to make informed design decisions
• Take Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to continuously improve the product offering
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or and a minimum of 2 years experience as a product designer

• You are comfortable being the primary or lead designer on product design projects from end to end
• Excitement for using and championing user-centered design methods and best practices
• Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions
• Experience or familiarity with Figma

Preferred:

• Experience with SaaS, or complex enterprise applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
