We’re looking for a Product Designer who’ll work across the full product journey, from initial scoping research to delivery with engineers. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers and engineers to create industry-changing experiences for our users.

We are looking for people who care deeply about our mission, are passionate about design, love new challenges and want to immerse themselves in the user problems.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit, growing product team that values learning quickly, collaboration and producing impactful solutions. We work hard, we have fun, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the entire product design lifecycle in your product squad - from concept development, user flows, wireframes, to final designs in Figma.
  • Collaborating closely with a Product Manager, Technical Lead and engineers to ensure we meet our product goals and objectives.
  • Conduct user research to uncover insights and validate decisions.
  • Contribute to workshops to help us define the user needs and solutions.
  • Communicate design concepts to various internal and external Stakeholders to create an effective understanding of the product design and the rationale behind your decisions.
  • Work closely with other designers to ensure consistency across the product and design system, ensuring we create a product our users love.

This position might suit you if:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, designing for web and mobile.
  • You’re a natural problem solver who can balance seeing the big picture with immediate user needs.
  • You have an impressive portfolio that demonstrates your design flair and ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs while telling a story of how and why you got there.
  • You utilise user feedback and data to help guide and validate your design decisions.
  • You’re exceptional at presenting and articulating your rationale behind design decisions to a cross-functional team and stakeholders.
  • You’re passionate about feedback and collaborating with other designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders.
  • You can work autonomously, prioritising your work, to ensure we can deliver quickly and achieve our business goals.
  • You want to make an impact and be part of a team that’s building a product that will transform how hospitality businesses operate

What we can offer you:

  • Private medical insurance
  • A social, friendly and welcoming team based in the heart of Camden
  • Office gym membership
  • Ownership shares in a well-funded, growing start-up
