How you will make an impact

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver high-quality, customer-centric product experiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing testing and deployment.
  • Monitor product performance and user metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product to drive user engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. 
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and alignment.
