About the Role

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing digital agency focused on eCommerce and performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will design and execute websites, landing pages, emails, and advertising assets that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion. This role is hands-on and project-based, with opportunities to work on multiple client campaigns while growing design and eCommerce expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages, email templates, and advertising creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Execute projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Bring ideas to life, contributing to creative concept development and problem-solving.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and campaigns.
• Work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Continuously improve skills and stay updated on eCommerce, UI/UX, and design trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web design or eCommerce design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Shopify Theme Editor.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and design principles.
• Familiarity with web and advertising requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to producing high-quality work.

Benefits

Salary: Starting 3,500+ USD per month, competitive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. EST (Flexibility)

Unlimited PTO, recognizing local holidays.
