The Role 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and play a  key role in shaping the future of our platform. 

You will partner closely with other product managers, Product designers, Engineering,  Research, and Customer-facing teams to define our roadmap, discover new opportunities, and  deliver high-impact capabilities that help customers build AI-powered data products. 

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role. You’ll own initiatives from idea to launch, balancing  customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in a fast-moving environment. 

What You’ll Do 

• Influence product strategy and roadmap alongside other Product Managers and  company leadership. 
• Own product initiatives end-to-end - from problem discovery through successful delivery  and adoption. 
• Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and product research to deeply  understand customer problems. 
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and detailed specifications. ● Work closely with Product Design to define intuitive user experiences for technical users.
• Work closely with Engineering and Research teams throughout implementation. ● Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Research, Customer  Success, Sales, and Leadership. 
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate research,  specification writing, analysis, and execution.
• Continuously measure outcomes and iterate based on customer feedback and product  usage. 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products. ● Experience building products for data practitioners, including data teams, analytics teams, BI users, data engineers, or AI/ML workflows. 
• Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including concepts such as semantic layers, data warehouses, metadata, governance, or analytics platforms. 
• Proven ability to lead products from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent product discovery and customer interviewing skills. 
• Experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and working closely with Engineering. 
• Strong product intuition combined with analytical thinking and data-driven decision making. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information. ● Passion for AI and excitement about using AI tools to become a more effective Product Manager.

• Hybrid position. 
• Offices located in Kfar Saba, Israel.
